(2) In the context of a real estate loan (under French legislation), subject to acceptance of your mortgage application for a main, second or rental residence, by the lender, the Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur, the borrower is entitled to a reflection period of ten days before accepting the loan offer. Completion of the sale is subject to the loan being granted. If it is not granted, the seller must reimburse the sums paid.
